Authorship Statement

This web author, Paul Raveling, is individually responsible for the content of this web section as a private person. Nothing on this web site is an expression of the Lake Forest-Waterford Owners Association. This section of the sierrafoot.org web site has been posted without involvement of any other individual involved with the Association in any way.

This authorship disclaimer is necessary because my involvement with this issue over more than 3 years has been as a Director of this Association, the  Waterford HOA. I was most directly involved as its President during the early part of this period, and through that involvement my personal knowledge of this issue is extensive. I remain on the HOA's Board of Directors as the Association's Vice President at this time: However, to emphasize again:

All content on this web site with respect to the Lake Forest-Waterford Owners Association is written from my view as a well-informed individual Owner. Information in this web section is what I bring to the Association, not what I take from it or what I may express in representing it as a Director. All sierrafoot.org web content is explicitly not a statement of the Association, it is a statement to the Association and to all Waterford Owners.

My own personal research on this issue has been extensive, on the order of a few hundred hours. This has been in the nature of diligence in first inquiring, then confirming and reconfirming findings exhaustively in order to address false claims which differ from factual reality. This is a summary of findings from that research for web acces.  I also would like to talk personally with as many interested Waterford owners as possible. The homeowners of Waterford need access to understand the honestly stated factual truth.
