Development impact fees

Funding from the Local Transportation Fund (LTF) and State Transit Assistance Fund (STA). LTF is funded from 1/4 cent of statewide sales tax. STA is funded by sales tax on gasoline and diesel fuel. This is "one of the major funding sources for public transit in California".
