LAFCO Documents
LAFCO is responsible
under California law for collecting and analyzing data to
project the proposed city's fiscal viability and any potential
environmental impacts resulting from incorporation. Results of the
major studies and related documents are available on the LAFCO web site

(Final Report): Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis
This analyzes the proposed city's fiscal viability in a 9-year study
period. It reports recent fiscal data and projects
the revenue for the new city and expenses based on maintaining the same level of
services currently received from the county. Sensitivity analyses investigate alternative future conditions, such as reduced
housing growth rate.
